PRIVATE SECTOR PROJECTS

Major projects since 1986 have included lighting and/or mechanical equipment upgrades for major real estate owners and managers such as the Trump Organization, Koll, CB, Watt, and Halpern. Warner has also completed projects at owner-occupied facilities such as Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., Disney, Steinway & Sons, Trump Tower, Centers for Disease Control, the Franklin Mint, Filene’s Basement, and Brandeis University.

And finally, working directly for utilities such as Boston Edison, Consolidated Edison of New York, Southern California Edison, and San Diego Gas and Electric, Warner has upgraded hundreds of privately-owned office, retail, and industrial buildings.
