We have successfully completed millions of square feet of renovations, in both California and the Northeast, in a wide variety of facilities. From high rise commercial buildings to hospitals, military installations, retail facilities, warehouses, schools, and universities, we have a proven track record of completing large scale projects on time and within budget.

Warner is expert at executing the full spectrum of project management responsibilities, including project planning, contract preparation, pre-construction bid evaluation, contract administration, scheduling, day-to-day site supervision, and project closeout. We tightly monitor conformance with specifications and plans, adherence to schedule and safety requirements, quality control, coordination of work by subcontractors, consultants, and inspectors, and provide customized progress reports to meet an Owner’s individual project or financial requirements.

We closely analyze contract language and make recommendations to reduce the Owner’s exposure to avoidable change orders, delays, and claims.

We also schedule and supervise hazardous material removal by others, ensuring adherence with Owner and CAL OSHA safety rules and regulations (including adherence to stringent asbestos- and lead-handling procedures).

From a reporting perspective, Warner supports our client’s information needs through the use of Primavera, Maximo, or MS Project software, and by providing customized financial reports.
